The one-day workshop will provide in-depth tutorials for understanding mass spectrometry workflows, sample preparation and handling, data collection, protein quantitation and data analysis. The course will cover sample preparation from biofluids, tissues and cell-lines, enzymatic sample digestion, label-free/label-based quantitation, liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry, data acquisition, database searching, data analysis and interpretation.
